The Villa
Massimiliano, owner of the villa, offers with immense pleasure the opportunity to stay by providing his experience and knowledge of the Tuscan Maremma to give an unforgettable stay to travelers from all over the world.
The following is available for a one client, whether a single person, a couple, a family or a small group.
Spacious and bright environment, furnished with taste, design and attention to detail, for a quality stay. Comfortable and relaxing.
- Living room with large fireplace, sofa, armchairs, table/billiards, Smart TV, Board games and cards for evenings to spend with friends.
- Kitchen with induction cooktop, sink, refrigerator, small table, large pantry.
- Two full bathrooms with showers in the sleeping area, and a third bathroom in the living area with only a toilet and sink.
- The bedrooms are on the upper floor of the villa, which can be reached in two ways: going up from the living room with the characteristic narrow spiral staircase, or accessing it from outside if you want more space*.
- Outside, there is a barbecue area and a table shaded by an American vine pergola, where you can enjoy delicious outdoor meals, using the BBQ and savoring the flavors of Tuscany.
- The garden also extends to the back of the villa for 4,000 square meters; you can play bocce or immerse yourself in the stillness of nature, listening to the wind in the foliage and the tolling of bells in the distance.

*By "access from the outside to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located," we mean: walking on the sidewalk that surrounds the house to the small door in the back garden, where there are only four steps and the door is one meter wide.

- Outside, there is a barbecue area and a table shaded by a pergola of vines, where you can enjoy delicious outdoor meals, cooking together and savoring the typical flavors of Tuscany.
- A well-kept and flowered garden, where you can relax in the sun on a lounger or in the shade of a tree, immersing yourself in the tranquility of nature and being pampered by the singing of birds.
